我公司生產(chǎn)的切丁機(jī)是參照國(guó)際先進(jìn)機(jī)械進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)制造，結(jié)構(gòu)合理。該機(jī)械能做到精確切“丁”、“絲”、"片”、“條”且工作效率高, 切割肉丁最小規(guī)格為4mm,最大規(guī)格為120mm,是食品加工切、割方面的首選設(shè)備；該機(jī)能切凍肉、鮮肉、熟肉及帶骨的禽類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。
調(diào)整切割厚度旋鈕，使肉料推桿進(jìn)行推進(jìn)速度變化，以達(dá)到不同的切割厚度要求。
調(diào)整預(yù)壓力旋鈕，可保證產(chǎn)品在切割過(guò)程中始終如一。調(diào)整肉料推桿為步進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，采用單刃切割時(shí)可最大限度地減少在切割過(guò)程中對(duì)產(chǎn) 品的擠壓，切割槽一側(cè)采用活動(dòng)側(cè)壓機(jī)構(gòu)，方便加料，提高工作效率。
